Project Description
As Pearl Jam was winding down their first of two shows at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, it emerged that the second show would be their 10th in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. Live Nation, the promoter, wondered if a commemorative “10” banner could go up in time for the next night’s show. They called Ike Richman Communications to make it happen. Noticing the milestone once the banner was raised, the band decided to perform their debut album, 10, in its entirety to open the show — a rare feat they had only done once before, nearly 25 years earlier.
